Q: I just placed an order! When will I receive it?

 A: Products typically ship within 3- 5 days. 

 

Q: I own/manage a store - can we sell your products?

 A: Yes! Please contact us at clementinekiddos@gmail.com to apply and receive additional details.

 

Q: What I want is out of stock. Will you stock it again?

 A: We are grateful with the interest and support we've received in the short time since we've been in business and are doing our best to keep up with the high level of demand for our products. Our production team is working tirelessly and we will be restocking patterns as soon as we are able. Be sure to be on our mailing list for updates! :)

 

Q: What is your return policy?

 A: Defective products can be postmarked for return within 15 days of delivery. Because our fabrics are not bleached, colors will vary from product to product.  

 

Q: I made a mistake with my order! Can I change/cancel it? 

A: Yes, but let us know as soon as you can. Once the order has been processed and fulfilled there's not a ton we can do. We will do all we can to accommodate your individual circumstance.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We have a flat shipping rate of $20.00 for international orders.
