WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We do accept returns on unopened items. Reach out to support@clementinekids.com within 30 days of delivery for help with return questions. Original shipping on orders is non-refundable. We do not offer free-shipping on returns (except for damaged or flawed items.) Refunds on the cost of items will be made upon the arrival of the return item or proof that the item has been sent. 

WILL I BE ISSUED A RETURN SLIP?

MY ITEM ARRIVED FLAWED OR DAMAGED. WHAT CAN I DO?

Reach out to support@clementinekids.com with your order number and a photo and description of the issue. We will replace or refund your item and do everything we can to make things right! 

I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL I RECEIVE IT?

Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. You will receive tracking confirmation as soon as your order ships. 

I OWN/MANAGE A STORE, CAN I SELL YOUR PRODCUTS?
