WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Defective products can be postmarked for return within 30 days of delivery. If the product is damaged or flawed, please send a picture of the damage along with your order number and contact name to clementinekiddos@gmail.com. International Sales are Final.

I RECEIVED AN ITEM AS A GIFT AND WANT TO EXCHANGE IT 

 

If you received your item as a gift, please send us a picture of the receipt or proof of purchase and will get you taken care of.

WILL I BE ISSUED A RETURN SLIP? Original shipping on orders is non-refundable. We do not offer free-shipping on returns (except for damaged or flawed items)

 

 


I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL I RECEIVE IT?

Orders typically ship within 3-5 days. You will receive tracking confirmation as soon as your order ships. Orders ship out of Salt Lake City, Utah.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? Yes! We have a flat $20.00 shipping rate for orders outside the U.S. Our shipping staff take care to include proper documentation and labeling on orders to prevent unnecessary charges. Clementine Kids is not responsible for import, or customs charges.
