Processing time
Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. During sales, holidays, launches, or unusually high order volume, processing may take a little longer.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart and the shipping address you enter.
Delivery estimates shown at checkout are carrier estimates and begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other service interruptions can affect delivery timing after a package leaves our fulfillment location.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses where a shipping option is available at checkout. If checkout does not show a shipping option for your address, then we are not currently able to ship that order through the online store.
International orders
If international shipping is available for your address at checkout, duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, or import fees may apply. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping rates unless checkout specifically states otherwise, and they are the customer's responsibility.
Order tracking
When your order ships, we will send tracking information to the email address used at checkout. Please allow the carrier time to scan and update tracking after the label is created.
Address changes and order issues
If you notice an issue with your shipping address, contact support@clementinekids.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes after an order has started processing or shipped.
Lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages
If your package appears lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged, contact support@clementinekids.com with your order number and any helpful details. For damaged or flawed items, please include a photo and description of the issue so we can make it right.
If you purchased shipping insurance with your order, please include that in your message.
Returns
We accept returns on unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is not free except for damaged or flawed items.
